SceneFuse Privacy Policy

SceneFuse is designed to let you combine and save images on your device. We do not collect, sell, rent, or share personal information from users of the app.

Information We Do Not Collect

SceneFuse does not require an account and does not collect your name, email address, phone number, location, contacts, identifiers, analytics data, or advertising data.

Photos and Image Processing

SceneFuse may ask for access to your photo library so you can choose images to edit and save results. Your selected images are processed on your device. We do not upload your photos or generated images to our servers.

Photos, Face Data, and On-Device Processing

SceneFuse may process photos selected by the user in order to create foreground masks and image compositions. This processing is performed on the user's device.

SceneFuse does not collect, upload, store, share, sell, or retain face data, face geometry, face landmarks, biometric identifiers, or face recognition information. SceneFuse does not use face data to identify users.

Any temporary masks or processing results are used only to create the user's artwork locally on the device.

Purchases and Subscriptions

SceneFuse offers optional subscriptions and in-app purchases through Apple's App Store payment system. Apple processes purchases and may handle payment-related information according to Apple's own privacy policy. We do not receive or store your payment card details.

Third-Party Tracking and Analytics

SceneFuse does not use third-party advertising SDKs, tracking SDKs, or analytics services.

Children's Privacy

SceneFuse does not knowingly collect personal information from children. Because we do not collect personal information, we do not maintain user profiles for children or adults.

Data Retention

SceneFuse does not store personal information on our servers. Any images, edits, or saved results remain under your control on your device and in locations you choose, such as your photo library.

Changes to This Policy

If SceneFuse changes how it handles user data, this privacy policy will be updated to explain those changes.
